On October 17, 2025, the InnoStellar Overseas Innovation Center Launch and Tech-Driven Globalization Alliance Establishment Ceremony was successfully held in Suzhou. The event was organized by InnoStellar, with the support of Midodo and the Suzhou Industrial Park Multinational Enterprise Joint Innovation Center.

Vivian Mao, Partner at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Shanghai Office, was invited to attend the ceremony and signed a partnership agreement with InnoStellar on behalf of the firm.
