Dezan Shira & Associates is delighted to announce the relocation of our Shenzhen office to larger premises at a new address in the Futian District this September, marking another milestone in the firm’s ongoing expansion in South China.
Our story in Shenzhen goes back more than three decades. In 1992, Dezan Shira & Associates was founded in Hong Kong and quickly established a small office in Shekou, Shenzhen—then China’s first Special Economic Zone and a focal point for foreign investment. From those early beginnings, we have steadily grown into a leading pan-Asia professional services firm, supporting thousands of international companies with their investments in China and beyond.
Today, with our new office in the vibrant Huaqiangbei area, we celebrate not only our history but also the next chapter of our growth. The modern space, complete with sweeping city views, provides our South China team with an inspiring work environment and offers clients and partners a welcoming place for collaboration.
As Shenzhen continues to play a central role in China’s innovation and economic development, our expanded presence reflects our commitment to supporting businesses in the Greater Bay Area and across Asia.
Our larger office now also hosts a dedicated team that provides technical assistance to local Chinese companies in the GBA, expanding operations into other Asian markets where DSA has established a sizable team providing high-value-added services in the Mandarin language.
To mark the occasion, our South China team gathered in Shenzhen for a celebratory lunch, highlighting the teamwork and shared dedication that drive our firm forward.
We warmly invite our clients, partners, and friends to visit us at our new office:
