Bio
Nazneen Shaikh is an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Accounting Services team at Dezan Shira & Associates, based in the Mumbai office. She manages a diverse portfolio of international clients, delivering end-to-end accounting, audit support, and financial advisory services in accordance with HKFRS, IFRS, and Indian GAAP.
With over six years of experience in corporate accounting and more than three years in statutory and internal audits for Indian clients, Nazneen brings deep expertise in cross-border compliance and financial reporting. Her knowledge of both Hong Kong and Indian accounting standards allows her to guide clients through complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements with clarity and precision.
Nazneen is a part-qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and is currently pursuing her ACCA qualification. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai. Multilingual in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Urdu—with working knowledge of French and Arabic—Nazneen is adept at facilitating multicultural client engagements and international communications.
