Patricia Aranguren Moliner, Assistant Manager within the International Business Advisory team at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Europe Desk, recently participated in the LEA Global European & MENA Regional Conference 2026, held from April 22–24 in Paris. The participation builds on the firm’s longstanding engagement with LEA Global, including previous attendance by Riccardo Benussi, Partner, at the LEA Global European Regional Conference in Prague in 2024, as well as participation by Alberto Vettoretti, Managing Partner, at the 2025 European Regional Conference in Madrid.
Held at the Le Méridien Paris Arc De Triomphe, the event brought together more than 130 professionals and member firms from across Europe and the Middle East & North Africa region under the theme “The Future Firm, Reimagined.”
Hosted alongside French member firms ECGE Conseil and Primexis, the conference explored the evolving future of professional services amid technological, regulatory, and market transformation.
Throughout the event, participants exchanged insights on artificial intelligence, international tax developments, transfer pricing, private equity trends, and broader innovation shaping the advisory sector, alongside discussions on cross-border collaboration and client engagement.
As part of the firm’s European activities, Patricia engaged with international partners and member firms to discuss opportunities for future cooperation supporting European businesses expanding into Asia. The conference also provided a platform to exchange perspectives on cross-border advisory trends and further strengthen relationships within international professional networks. Reflecting on the event, Patricia highlighted: “The conference provided an excellent opportunity to explore how the professional services industry is being reshaped by technological innovation and shifting regulatory frameworks. The exchanges on AI and cross-border advisory approaches were especially relevant, as these trends are increasingly defining how firms serve globally active clients. Connecting with peers across Europe and the MENA region further highlighted the value of collaboration in building more integrated cross-border solutions.”
The next edition of the LEA Global European & MENA Regional Conference is scheduled to take place in Lisbon, Portugal, from April 21-23, 2027.
