Six Key Points Regarding Chinese Tax Reform in 2012 with the Changzhou International Managers Forum

Value-added tax (VAT) in reform has already been introduced in Shanghai this year and starting in July also in Beijing. Seeing that these two cities are piloting reforms for this essential tax in China, it's not a far cry from having it introduced to more cities in the near future.

In addition to these reforms, the tax bureaus are investing in the educations and training of transfer pricing experts. Fabian Knopf will discuss corporate income tax (CIT) in international transaction, specifically between related parties. He will specifically cover how foreign enterprises in China need to plan, examine, and document the transactions with their headquarters, subsidiaries and other companies in their group.
