On September 7, our Senior Associate, Giovanni Lovisetti, and Senior Consultant of the Italian Desk, Andrea Volpe, delivered a presentation on “Tax, Legal and Accountancy Aspects in India and Vietnam” to a distinguished audience attending the 10th edition of FARETE in Bologna, Italy.

FARETE is a great showcase of manufacturing and service excellence, offering tangible opportunities for fostering business growth and cultivating valuable professional relationships among companies and institutions from across the world.

During the September 2023 networking event, Giovanni and Andrea had the opportunity to talk about the workshop’s focal points and engaged in insightful discussions with entrepreneurs and colleagues who were keen to explore potential business development markets within the Asian region, leveraging their international projects as a foundation for these conversations.

In an effort to make the presentation comprehensive but also connect with a wider audience, Andrea and Giovanni drew upon practical examples from their extensive experience in Asian markets, which made it interesting for participants.

Before and after the workshop, Andrea and Giovanni engaged with Italian companies, focusing on their key interests in the region. They specifically addressed inquiries regarding the sale of Made in Italy products, company establishment, human resources management, and distribution contract considerations.
