As the HR & Payroll Service Manager of Dezan Shira's Ho Chi Minh City team, Hong is responsible for a wide range of critical tasks including payroll calculations, providing expert guidance to clients on compliance with Vietnamese labor and social insurance laws and personal income tax in Vietnam.

With her strong background as a Human Resource Business Partner, Hong has worked on several global projects for companies from diverse industries such as FMCG, logistics, chemistry, and finance. This experience has equipped her with the necessary skills to tackle any human resource challenges that come her way, and her enthusiasm for the field is an added asset to her team.

Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Hong honed her extensive expertise in human resource management during her tenure as the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Manager at a leading HR service company in Vietnam for 7 years. Her experience spans across HR consulting, labor relations, and compensation management, which have helped her develop a professional attitude for executing various HR functions.
