China’s new visa regulations went into effect on September 1, 2013. These changes include new visa categories and harsher punishments for non-compliance. Cory Lam, assistant manager for operations at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Shanghai office will discuss the new visa regulations and also cover the general procedures for employing foreign staff in China for the Joint Nordic Chambers of Commerce.
