Doing Business in China for MBA students from the University of Missouri-St Louis

On June 8th, the Beijing office of Dezan Shira & Associates will host MBA students from University of Missouri-St. Louis for a briefing on doing business in China.

Angela Ma, Kyle Freeman and Silke Neugebohrn from International Business Advisory team will provide a broad perspective on doing business in China and cover strategic pre-entry considerations, legal structures available to foreign investors in China, China's tax regime and common pitfalls and operational issues faced by foreign-invested companies in China.
