As the HR & Recruitment Service Manager on Dezan Shira's Ho Chi Minh City team, Ngan is responsible for a wide range of critical tasks including payroll calculations, providing expert guidance to clients on compliance with Vietnamese labor and social insurance laws, and spearheading the recruitment efforts in Viet Nam.

Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Ngan honed her extensive expertise in human resource management during her tenure as the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Manager at a leading HR service company in Viet Nam for over 8 years. Her experience spans across HR consulting, recruitment, and compensation management, which have helped her develop a professional aptitude in executing various HR functions.

With her strong background as a Human Resource Business Partner, Ngan has worked on several global projects for companies from diverse industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, and finance. This experience has equipped her with the necessary skills to tackle any human resource challenges that come her way, and her enthusiasm for the field is an added asset to her team.
