ECA Italia (Employment Conditions Abroad) is a company established in 1994 by Italian professionals sharing twenty years of experience in human resources management, and ECA International – a worldwide leader in consulting for expatriate management since 1971. Our mission is to support International Company’s HR Directions to face the challenge of HR mobility, through a flexible approach to problems in order to find the appropriate and compliant solution for inbound & outbound expatriates. Since 2014 ECA Italia has successfully started working with Dezan Shira & Associates professionals and offices on clients with numerous expats on various mobility plans. In this regard Dezan Shira & Associates supports ECA Italia with employment contract drafting, individual income tax filing and strategies for its optimization, working permit and residence permit applications and legal tax advisory.
