The operations of representative office can generally be reflected by the total number and value of its transactions, contracts and projects, as well as the total number of staff, during the operation year. But the following factors may be helpful in evaluating:

1. Complete compliance with relevant laws and regulations during operational term;
2. Compliance with limitation on business activities;
3. Compliance with tax regulations (such as, personal income tax for the chief representative and fellow employees);
4. Compliance with Vietnamese labor and social insurance laws; and
5. Submission of other periodical reports, which need be at the behest of relevant state authorities.
