These zones are built for the technologically sensitive industries. They provide great locations, access to local markets, advanced infrastructure, strong talent pools and, sometimes, governmental funding or rewards for relevant projects. Nowadays, these zones have developed into full-fledge communities – incorporating fully functional residential areas with schools, residence buildings, tourist sites and entertainment facilities.
