How would the indirect shareholdings of a third party in other enterprises be calculated under Chinese law?
Q&AThe calculation of indirect holdings should be made through multiplying with share proportion of each enterprise layer, however if one entity holds over 50 percent of the share of the entity of the next enterprise layer, it would be deemed to hold 100 percent at this enterprise layer.
