China's New IIT Regime
PresentationA draft law containing broad changes to the Individual Income Tax system was submitted by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress for deliberation on June 19, 2018. Subsequently, China passed the amendments to the new IIT law during the fifth plenary session on August 31, 2018.
These latest amendments are the most significant changes to China’s IIT regime. In this presentation we walk you through the changes and discuss how this effects your IIT.
