Hub Young Talents Program - Masterclass on China

Rome, 28 October 2022 - Monday 3 October 2022, the first meeting on the calendar, the first edition of the HYTP 2022 - HUB YOUNG TALENTS PROGRAM began.
A professional training course for under25 graduates and undergraduates dedicated to those who intend to pursue a career as manager in Italy and China.
The 3-month training project, provided completely free and online by the Hub Italy China Association 中意 中心, includes one hundred hours of lectures, masterclasses and case studies, three learning modules and a final career day. At the end of the program, a certificate of participation will be issued which can also be used for the achievement of university credits.
A very rich agenda is the one scheduled for these months; the young talents selected from South Africa to China, with courses in anthropology and international relations, will acquire knowledge in the field of project management, lead generation, legal for companies, e-commerce and Chinese language.
The presence of important partners and personalities active in the import-export, fashion and luxury, wine, human resources, marketing and teaching sectors stands out. The lessons, or rather, the moments of confrontation and exchange of opinions offer the opportunity to interact with experts and build new guanxi 关系 (relationships).
The real protagonists of HYTP are the young talents who have been selected for this first edition. The age range identified was not accidental, but wants to give young people who have recently graduated or undergraduates the opportunity to enter the world of work, acquiring knowledge in certain sectors in order to better face the next step. Investing in them is equivalent to investing in the future.
Hub Italy China, active in the training and work sector since 2016, offers the opportunity to new interested parties to enroll in the second edition of the program starting from March 2023.
