In Spring 2018, Dezan Shira & Associates proudly joined the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce. Joining this Chamber is regarded as a next step for Dezan Shira & Associates in becoming more closely aligned with Eurasia and Europe.

On April 25, 2018, Dezan Shira & Associates hosted an HR expert seminar together with the Benelux Chamber of Commerce and Bonnard Lawson. Around 20 attendees visited Dezan Shira & Associates’ Shanghai office, listened to two keynote speeches about employee under-performance and employment reallocation, and discussed the practical issues they met in daily HR management.

On April 23, 2018, Dezan Shira & Associates’ experts in Milan and South China taught part of a Masters course for Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, one of the top Italian institutions providing post-graduate students and young professionals with classes on business and law.

As of mid-April 2018, Valeria Manunza, Dezan Shira & Associates’ Assistant Manager on the International Business Advisory team in Guangzhou, has been selected as this year’s Chair of the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME) Forum at the European Chamber of Commerce in South China.

On March 30, EU Sino, in cooperation with BenCham, the EU SME Centre and ICI-Beijing B&R held a round table discussion.
