Director for Europe Riccardo Benussi attends ETL GLOBAL International Conference in Berlin

BERLIN – Riccardo Benussi, Director for Europe at Dezan Shira & Associates and a Global Board Member of ETL GLOBAL, participated in the ETL GLOBAL Annual Conference held in Berlin from October 26th to 28th, 2023. 

The event brought together more than 250 professionals from approximately 40 countries. 

The central theme of this year’s conference, “Managing the Professional Service Firm” prompted experts to engage in discussions about innovative recruitment strategies, effective incentive structures, and successful communication and branding approaches.  

In the “Best Practice Examples on Communication” segment of the conference, Riccardo delivered a presentation titled “Thought Leadership in a Noisy World.” He explored the connection between thought leadership, methodology, and the authority it yields, drawing valuable insights from Asia Briefing’s unique history and evolution. Riccardo also affirmed the strategic direction taken by Asia Briefing, setting it apart from the competition, and shared key best practices. 

Riccardo emphasized that, even in today’s content-saturated environment, member firms can effectively use subject matter expertise to promote their services and staff’s competencies which makes firms unique in their field.
