Recap on China’s New Foreign Investment Law, Breakfast Seminar Beijing

On November 29 2019, Ines Liu joined a breakfast seminar hosted by BenCham Beijing, to present a comprehensive overview on the new Foreign Investment Law (FIL).

Attendees from different industries gained insights on how to approach the new FIL from various angles to better prepare themselves for the upcoming changes.

Ines began by illustrating the general investment landscape in China and how it has changed over the years. She also covered the three existing laws governing foreign investment enterprises and the barriers companies trying to set up here experience that have encouraged the Chinese government to improve its business environment.
