Staying Compliant with Updated CIT Rules in China

Hannah Feng, manager for Corporate Accounting Services at Dezan Shira & Associates, was a featured expert at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in China’s “China Corporate Income Tax Update Seminar.”

Around 30 businessmen attended the seminar held at the Capital Club in Beijing on September 9. Ms. Feng introduced the reformed Corporate Income Tax regime, and also discussed new changes and circulars implemented in 2010. Her presentation included valuable insight on Circular 18, the new CIT treatment for representative offices, as well as an introduction to Public Notice 4, administrative measures of CIT treatment for corporate restructuring.
