As the head of the IT & IS team at Dezan Shira & Associates, she leads global data compliance initiatives and cloud-based application solutions that support seamless business operations across the firm’s international network. Alongside her internal leadership role, Phoebe also provides strategic IT and IS consulting services to clients, guiding them through digital transformation with confidence.
