Bio

Jack Nguyen is a seasoned corporate advisory leader with over 25 years of global experience across Canada, the United States, and Vietnam, advising foreign investors on market entry, investment structuring, and regulatory compliance in complex jurisdictions.

As CEO of InCorp Vietnam since 2024, Jack leads the firm’s strategic transformation into a compliance-driven advisory partner supporting foreign-invested enterprises throughout the full investment lifecycle. His work focuses on helping investors translate Vietnam’s legal and incentive frameworks into practical, bankable project structures, particularly in highly regulated and priority sectors.

Jack brings deep hands-on experience in Vietnam’s investment incentive regime, including the application of corporate income tax incentives, import duty exemptions, land and infrastructure incentives, and other forms of non-tax support. He regularly advises investors on eligibility conditions, implementation mechanics, and the common risks that arise when incentives are considered too late or applied incorrectly.

Previously, Jack served as Deputy CEO of Vietnam’s largest HR services company and held senior leadership roles as Partner and Head of Business Development at Mazars, Managing Director and Country Head of TMF Group, and Fund CFO at VinaCapital. He holds both Canadian CPA (CA) and Vietnam CPA qualifications.
