Ava Piao is a Recruitment Consultant in Dezan Shira & Associates. Within DSA’s Human Resources Service team, she mainly focuses on recruitment, HR administration, salary structure, performance appraisal, and employee relationships.
Prior to joining DSA, Ava was responsible for export business in Fortune 500 companies, with a specific regional focus to Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and some European countries.
Ava speaks native Korean and Mandarin and is fluent in English. She also holds an A2 certificate in Japanese. She has a bachelor’s degree in English with Finance and Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics.
