Abby Chen is a Senior Associate in our Business Advisory Services team, Shenzhen office. She joined Dezan Shira in September 2018, after obtaining a master’s degree in International Economic Law from City University, Hong Kong. She also holds the Legal Professional Qualification Certificate.
Abby specializes in foreign-invested projects, such as risk assessment and de-risking management for investment in Guangdong province, handling incorporation, daily operation, modification, and deregistration issues of foreign-invested enterprises and non-profit organizations. Abby also provides support for contract drafting and review, legal translation, due diligence, M&A, among others.
