Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Corporate Accounting Services

Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

Client Accounting and Tax Services

  • Monthly/quarterly accounting and management reporting for clients
  • Preparation of unaudited financial statements
  • Quarterly GST reporting and reconciliation
  • Annual corporate income tax computation and filing

Client Payroll Services

  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Preparation of IR8A/ AIS for clients
  • Foreign employee tax clearance (IR21)
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks

Job Requirements

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in accounting and payroll preferred
  • Experience with XERO and its ecosystem APP preferred
  • Good practice with payroll software in Singapore and around the region
  • Ability to work as a good team player
  • High level of initiative and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Educational Background

Minimum Certification / Diploma in Accountancy or Business.
