Junior Company Secretary

Job Description

• To handle administrative corporate secretarial duties for clientele and be responsible for statutory compliance
• Assisting in the incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, representative offices and other business entities
• Drafting board resolutions and minutes of meetings
• Liaising with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for advice and clarification
• Updating and maintaining statutory registers and records
• Preparation and drafting of reports for the submission of Annual Returns
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments
• Handle various aspects of office administration and provide accounting support
• Assisting in opening of corporate bank accounts
• Liaising with external lawyers and professionals in the preparation of documents as required
• Assistance in notarial and consular authentication as required
• Managing clients work visas and other visas 

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy / Business Administration / Business Studies / Business Management
• Preferably bilingual (English and Mandarin)
• A team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Well organized, meticulous, able to work independently and manage tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office applications
