Yugeeta is an expert on small and medium enterprises. She has over 15 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial involving foreign companies, local companies as well as private companies.
She has had the opportunity to work with numerous clients of diverse geographic locations in Asia, USA, UK, Malaysia, India, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Middle East. Her area of practice includes corporate secretarial due diligence exercises for company formation, restructuring, striking off and application for Employment Pass and Dependent Pass for expatriates, Visa applications support and advisory work in relation to compliance matters with the Singapore Companies Act, and the statutory obligations.
Yugeeta is fluent in English, Bahasa, Malayalam and Tamil.
