Yoriko is an Assistant Manager of Dezan Shira & Associates' Audit service team, based in the Shanghai office. She works with clients on a variety of assurance projects, including but not limited to statutory annual audit, financial and internal control reviews, GAAP translations (IFRS, US GAAP, German GAAP), and other types of consulting projects. She also has extensive experience in assisting clients with accounting and tax matters, such as new clients accounting system setup, annual PRC tax compliance fillings and other complex matters.
Yoriko has solid audit and accounting expertise, and merged project experiences. Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, she had worked in a CPA firm for three years and acted as a project-in-charge person for clients in different types of industries (manufacturing, trading, FMCG, e-commerce, etc).
