As the Payroll Manager of our Ho Chi Minh City office, Yen controls and processes payroll for clients and employees, both local and foreign. This includes preparing monthly reconciliation reports for total remunerations and the detailed reporting of variances, and handling issues relating to social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance. Yen acts as a key point of contact for decision makers and HR managers of international companies operating in Vietnam, and plays a leading role in the firm’s expansion of payroll services across ASEAN.

Yen has over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Payroll management. Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, she worked as Senior Payroll Specialist/Team Leader at a professional services firm focusing on Human Resources management for both domestic and international businesses.

Yen comes from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She is a graduate from Ho Chi Minh City’s Social Sciences and Humanities University and has a Certificate of Advanced Human Resources from the city's BCC School.
