Vikas is a Senior Associate with the Business Advisory Services team in New Delhi. He is a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi and a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Vikas’ areas of expertise include corporate compliances, corporate laws, foreign exchange Laws-RBI & FEMA matters.

Vikas regularly guides and assists various corporates and consulting firms in matters relating to corporate law at the national and international levels.
