As the Senior Manager of our Ho Chi Minh City office's Business Advisory Services team, Tam coordinates and provides legal advices to foreign investors, bringing her expertise on legal and regulatory frameworks for foreign business in Vietnam to the fore. Her specialties include corporate establishment, legal advisory and regulatory compliance, labor regulations, tax advisory and compliance, and other general commercial issues.

Tam has over 15 years of experience in consultancies and legal practices. Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, she worked for Mazars VN and Nexisa STT in Vietnam, specializing in business advisory and tax.

Tam is a graduate from both the Economics University and the Law University of Ho Chi Minh City. Tam has been a qualified Lawyer since 2015 and has been participating as Lawyer membership of Ho Chi Minh Bar Association.
