Bio
Susan is an ODI Project Manager at Dezan Shira & Associates. As a key member of the ODI team, Susan leverages her extensive cross-cultural experience to provide strategic guidance on market entry, corporate structuring, and cross-border operations for Chinese enterprises expanding overseas.
Susan has been involved as consultant and advisor to multiple cross-border projects involving Chinese enterprises expanding into the Middle East, Asia and Europe. Her expertise also encompasses corporate transformation, solution development, contractual agreements, project delivery, and customer relationship management.
Prior to her current role, Susan honed her skills in cross-cultural communication and team collaboration through international assignments across countries such as Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Japan, and Vietnam.
In her most recent work engagements, Susan advised on Chinese outward strategies, including market research, customer needs analysis, market access strategies, and formulation of sales and business development strategies.
