Sonakshi Sood is a Manager in the International Business Advisory division of Dezan Shira & Associates.
A Chartered Accountant by profession, she has pursued Bachelor of Commerce from Pune University. She has cleared intermediate level of Cost and Works Accountancy from Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. She has more than 5 years of experience in audit, domestic tax, international tax (including transfer pricing) and GST. She has also been a part of various business forums and organizations and has played a vital role in their promotion and growth.
Previously, she has worked with Ernst & Young, India as a Senior Consultant and has vast experience in cross border transaction consultation and transfer pricing.
She has been associated with clients encompassing a wide range of industries including Automobile, IT, BPO, and Manufacturing.
She has also represented before Revenue and Appellate Authorities in the course of appeal proceedings.
