Sam Jiang
BIO
Sam Jiang is a Manager of the Corporate Accounting Service team at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Shanghai office. He joined Dezan in the spring of 2011, serving more than 30 international clients of different industries in regards to accounting, financing, and taxation services.
With more than nine years of experience in financial and accounting practices, Sam is experienced in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and regular tax filing of all sorts of local entities, including multinational manufacturers, trading WFOEs, service WFOEs, and ROs. Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Sam worked at a trading company as a logistics and financial manager for more than three years.
Sam Jiang obtained a bachelor’s degree in 2007 at the Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, and went on to get his master’s degree in accounting from Renmin University of China in 2015.
