Bio

Prajwal Ojha is a Managing Partner of OGBB, International Law Firm. Mr. Ojha, a UC Berkeley School of Law and Pune University law graduate has been an attorney in Nepal since 2001 and been in the legal practice for over a decade. Mr. Ojha at OGBB provides two kinds of services: legal consultation and litigation. His expertise lies in legal strategical planning; due diligence; contract, policies and project report drafting; and legal opinions. He also represents his clients in cases related to contracts and labor both in regular courts and arbitration.

Mr. Ojha provides legal services to a wide range of sectors, including foreign investment, labor, tax, energy, infrastructure, and hospitality. He also provides advisory on financial laws, insurance, and private equity.

Mr. Ojha represents his clients at national and international courts and also teaches corporate law as a visiting faculty.
