Bio
At present, Nguyen Huyen My is in charge of legal consulting in Dezan Shira & Associates Vietnam as a Senior BAS. She also contributes in writing legal and investment news and articles for the Vietnam Briefing magazine, as well as Vietnam Briefing online.
Before joining Dezan Shira and Associates, My Nguyen had worked for some law firms as a legal consultant and investment advisor. Her experiences are mainly in Foreign Direct Investment consulting, including enterprise incorporation, regular compliances, labor law, contract consulting, tax and some types of market research. My Nguyen has also taken part in a project stack of IPO to Singapore Stock exchange and used to work with world leading fashion corporations such as Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, Levistrauss and Ralph Lauren in the aspect of social accountability compliance.
My Nguyen holds a Bachelor in English language and she is also a graduate in law in Hanoi Law University. She has obtained the Certificate of Professional Training for Lawyer at the Judicial Academy and is currently a lawyer of Hanoi Bar Association.
