Naina Bhardwaj is an Associate Director – International Business Advisory at Dezan Shira & Associates, based in New Delhi. A lawyer by training, Naina holds a Master’s degree in Law, an Executive Management degree from Indian Institute of Management Indore, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Delhi University.
With over a decade of experience spanning legal advisory, public policy engagement, and international business consulting, she advises multinational corporations, investors, and global institutions on market entry strategies, regulatory navigation, and long-term expansion in India.
In her current role, Naina leads the International Business Advisory division in India and serves as a key interface for international clients exploring investment opportunities in the country. She works closely with cross-functional advisory teams to guide companies through corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, tax considerations, and operational establishment in India.
Naina regularly represents Dezan Shira & Associates at international investment dialogues, government-led engagements, and industry forums, where she contributes perspectives on cross-border investment flows, trade facilitation, and India’s evolving role within global supply chains.
Prior to this, Naina served as Senior Business Editor at Asia Briefing, where she provided valuable market intelligence through various channels, aiding companies in their Asian expansion efforts.
