Manuela Reintgen
Bio
Manuela Reintgen currently works as a Senior Associate in the Business Development team of Dezan Shira & Associates’ Beijing office. Manuela advises clients on incorporations and legal issues concerning their China investments. Her areas of specialization are corporate structuring, best practices, social insurance, and intercultural communication.
Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates in 2011, Manuela worked as a translator and representative for several academic institutions, legal and governmental organizations in both Germany and China.
Manuela completed a degree in translation studies at the University of Bonn, during which she studied Chinese, French and law. While in University, she also was selected for an academic research position in transnational bargaining protocols, with a focus on Chinese and European relations. Manuela speaks English, French and Chinese in addition to her native German.
