BIO

Jennifer J. S. Halim is part of Dezan Shira & Associates' International Business Advisory unit, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is the point of contact for our Indonesian clients and partners. She advises foreign investors with a strategic solution from the pre-entry assessment to the implementation of their corporate structuring in Indonesia.

Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, she acquired extensive experience through her role as a legal consultant at corporate law firms in Jakarta - with the area of expertise in corporate law and foreign direct investment.

Jennifer works closely with government agencies and her colleagues across Asia to help investors execute their cross-border investment projects. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, and is licensed as an advocate by the Indonesian Bar Association (Peradi). She speaks fluent Bahasa and English.
