Bio

Dan Shu is the manager for the Shanghai Business Advisory Services team at Dezan Shira & Associates. She advises clients in the set up of their China-based entities. She has a great deal of experience in the areas of due diligence, intellectual property, human resources compliance and M & A.

Dan Shu joined Dezan Shira & Associates in 2010. Prior to that, she worked at Jun He Law Offices, one of China’s largest law firms, for three years. Dan graduated from The Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with a master’s degree in economic law in 2007. She has been a licensed attorney since 2008.
