He brings nearly 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with deep expertise in cybersecurity, data governance, ISO27001 compliance, IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and AI integration.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and a master’s degree in Big Data Business Intelligence. He is certified as a CISP-DSG and an IBM & ISC2 Cybersecurity Expert, along with other industry credentials.
Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Collins worked as an information security consultant and held IT leadership roles at companies including IBM, Geely Auto, and OppleLighting.
Today, he focuses on helping clients navigate China’s evolving compliance landscape and meet critical information security requirements. His broad technical background and strong certifications make him a reliable and knowledgeable partner for businesses operating in China.
