Charlotte Yin is an ERP Implementation Consultant in the Information Systems Team at Dezan Shira & Associates, based in the Dalian office. She provides implementation and maintenance services in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP, Management Reporter and Power Apps platforms, focusing on the finance module and its automation. She also assists clients with administration work on Kingdee ERP platforms. Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Charlotte worked in a domestic trading company as an accountant for over 2 years.
Charlotte joined Dezan Shira & Associates in 2020. She graduated from Shenyang City University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting.
