He supports the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives across the Middle East, with a focus on strengthening Dezan Shira’s regional presence and client engagement. His role includes developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital communications, and building partnerships to enhance the visibility of the firm’s services.
Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Alwyn worked at Careem, where he managed content operations for Careem DineOut. He was responsible for creating and optimizing digital content in line with brand and user experience standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost engagement and support business growth.
Alwyn holds an MSc in Marketing from the University of Birmingham, Dubai, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Saintgits College of Applied Sciences in Kerala, India.
