Grace Zhang is the assistant manager of the audit team at Dezan Shira & Associates' Beijing Office. She assists clients with financial audits, annual audit (including China GAAP, US GAAP, and IFRS standards), internal financial reviews, due diligence and internal control reviews.

Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates in July 2015, Grace Zhang worked as an auditor for more than 6 years in CPA firms and amassed extensive experience in auditing companies operating in various industries. Grace Zhang graduated from the Beijing Wuzi University with a bachelor's in management and majored in financial management.
