Grace is part of Business Advisory team member, who is strategically based in Batam which make it easy for her to accommodate clients’ needs in running their business across country between Singapore and Indonesia.
Her main role is to handle clients' corporate secretarial matter for both Singapore and Indonesia desk. This involves supporting and maintaining all clients' Company records, Government submission, and documents in compliance with good corporate governance as well as local regulatory and legal requirements.
Prior to joining DSA, Grace worked at consultancy firm and has experiences on organizational restructuring, drafting company regulation, employment.
