Fentya works as Senior Associate in Dezan Shira's Business Advisory Services team in Batam, Indonesia. She specializes in corporate secretarial services which include company formation, amendment of company registration, striking off, due diligence, advisory work in relation to compliance matters with the Singapore Companies Act, and statutory obligations.
Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Fentya worked as a legal officer, HR generalist, and corporate secretary in a Singapore’s firm providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to Singapore companies. Fentya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Padjadjaran University.
