Is the use of digital signatures an accepted practice throughout China?

Posted On April 2016

At the beginning of 2016 the digital signature has not become acceptable form of signing for companies in China. This is even true for the most fundamental documentation, meaning that all documentation is still required to be physically signed and stamped by both the company and the other party involved. It is expected that general acceptance is estimated to take several more years.
