In the upcoming DUSA Roundtable on October 31, Dezan Shira & Associates are pleased to announce that the Shanghai Regional Director, Richard Cant, will hold a presentation on “Taxation & Accounting: What SMEs should know for the Years 2013 – 2014”. This presentation will cover important subjects for any SMEs looking to do business in China in the coming years. This will include dividend withholding tax, withholding tax on service payments, seconded employees, VAT reform and the new Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
Richard is the regional director of the Yangtze River Delta Region for Dezan Shira & Associates. Based in Shanghai, Richard guides foreign individuals and companies through the process of establishing, maintaining and expanding their businesses in China.
