The 2025 South China HR Conference - Talent Transformation
As global economic uncertainty deepens and geopolitical tensions—particularly the ongoing US-China trade friction—continue to affect global operations, European companies in South China are facing mounting challenges. Rising operating costs, growing talent shortages, organizational restructuring, and the rapid adoption of AI and automation are transforming workforce strategies across both manufacturing and service sectors.

Under the theme Talent Transformation, this year’s conference by European Chamber of Commerce in China will focus on how European businesses can adapt their talent strategies, enhance workforce flexibility, and build organizational resilience in an increasingly complex environment. Through macroeconomic insights, case sharing, and interactive workshops, the event will provide practical guidance and fresh perspectives for HR leaders, senior managers, and operations executives from both manufacturing and professional services sectors.

International Business Advisory Manager, Radomir Tomovic, also Vice Chair of the Chamber's Human Resource Forum, will facilitate the workshop sessions and guide participants through in-depth discussions.
