International Business Advisory Manager of South China and Hong Kong - Guilherme Campos is going to moderating the workshop "The Pinko Case Study" on April 19th, 2022. This event is organized by the Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) of China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC). During this session, the drivers for success of the Italian Fashion House Pinko in China and strategies for online IP protection will be discussed and shared with the audience.
Pinko started as a small family business in Emilia, Northern Italy in the late eighties. Now, it has 300 mono-brand stores worldwide, of which 90 are in China.
How can creativity and IP drive the success of the Pinko brand? What are the main challenges encountered for ensuring the brand protection in the China market?How did the brand use tech solutions for online IP protection? The Pinko Creative Director, Ms. Caterina Negra, and Pinko Global Managing Director, Roberto Sergi will discuss the brand story and the importance of creativity, innovation and the right IP protection strategy for the China market.
The workshop will discuss digital tools and the protection of IP online. As the Vice Coordinator of the IPWG, Guilherme and other experts will provide suggestions and tips for ensuring a successful online IP protection.
